Shipping

We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a product, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the item meets the following conditions:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Care products (personal care items)
• Health & Wellness products
• Opened Cleaning products
• Used Cooking or Kitchen gadgets showing signs of use

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your product at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 48 hours
3. Securely package the item with all original materials and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable service with insurance.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and for free shipping orders, standard shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process. Once we process your return, we will issue a refund, and you can place a new order for the desired item. For defective items, we will replace the same product at no additional cost after receiving and verifying the issue.
