We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions) and offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs.
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.
- Cost: Free!
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Our Straightforward Returns & Exchanges Process
We stand behind everything we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 15 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- In its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following product categories:
- Care products (personal care items)
- Health & Wellness products
- Opened items from the Cleaning category
- Used Cooking or Kitchen gadgets that show any signs of use.
How to Return an Item (Step-by-Step):
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your product, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Get Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Pack Securely: Place the item securely in its original packaging with all parts and paperwork. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it.
- We will send you an email notification confirming we have received your returned item.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund total.
Exchanging an Item
To exchange an item for a different product, please follow the standard return process above. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. You can then place a brand new order for the item you desire.
For any defective items, we will happily replace the same product at no additional cost once we receive the defective item and verify the issue.
