Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain products including:
  • Care products (personal care items)
  • Health & Wellness products
  • Opened items from the Cleaning category
  • Used Cooking or Kitchen gadgets that show signs of use

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your product at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you chose free shipping originally, the standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. You can then place a new order for the item you want.

For defective items, we’ll replace the same item at no additional cost once we receive the defective product and verify the issue.
